These terms cover how you use the LocalScorer live scoring service, scoreboards, and overlays. By using the app you agree to use it responsibly for managing real matches.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the match data you enter, including team names, player names, playing format, wickets, and dismissal details. The app reflects the data provided by the scorer. Enter only the personal information genuinely needed for scoring.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to publish unlawful content, interfere with other users, or attempt to access data that is not yours. Keep match sharing limited to the scoreboard and overlay links you control.
Overlay links and sharing
Public scoreboard and ticker overlay links are read-only and intended for OBS or stream display. They may show match details such as team and player names. Keep your private controller link to yourself, and share overlay links only with people who should view the match.
Accounts and access plans
Some features may require an account or a paid access plan. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Payment terms and refund eligibility are described in our Refund Policy.
Service changes and availability
Features may evolve, but the core scoring purpose stays the same: manage a real match and present its scoreboard clearly. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and we are not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.
